Tim joined Embarc in 2023 as Vice President of Commercial Services and Development and Deputy General Counsel. In these roles, he advises the company’s senior management team on a range of real estate and business-related matters and oversees many of the company’s real estate development projects across the region. A native of Lincoln, Nebraska, Tim earned his bachelor’s degree from the University of Nebraska in 2017 and his law degree from the University of Nebraska College of Law in 2020. Prior to joining Embarc, Tim worked as an attorney in private practice, where he provided legal counsel to individuals, businesses, and governmental entities on various real estate and business issues. In 2021, he obtained his real estate license and now regularly assists buyers and sellers with both residential and commercial real estate transactions, guiding clients through every stage of the acquisition and disposition process. Outside of his professional life, Tim enjoys spending time with family and friends, traveling, and following Husker athletics. He is also actively involved in his church community and contributes to several nonprofit organizations.
