Nancy is a proud mother of two beautiful daughters and a recent grandmother to a precious baby girl. She has lived in Omaha for most of her life, except at the University of Nebraska-Lincoln, where she earned a Bachelor of Science in Education. Nancy spent over 20 years as a math teacher in Omaha and Millard Public Schools and was also fortunate to stay home with her children during their formative years. In July of 2018, after the passing of her husband of nearly 29 years, Nancy decided to pivot in her career. Inspired by a friend’s suggestion and motivated by the changes in her life, she began exploring real estate. Nancy quickly found that real estate was more than just a career—it felt like an exciting new adventure. She is passionate about helping people and finds joy in guiding them through the home-buying and selling process. In addition to her professional life, Nancy enjoys walking her dogs, practicing Pilates, and landscaping. Having experienced the profound loss of both her mother and husband within a short period, she is deeply committed to living a healthy and fulfilling life. One of her favorite quotes is “Keep moving forward” by Walt Disney, which resonates with her positive outlook on life. Although many in her age group are considering retirement, Nancy feels as though her true journey has just begun.
