Andy, an Omaha native, has been the owner and President since 2009. He began his real estate career in 2001 after graduating from Northwest Missouri State University, and in 2004, he became General Manager of DEEB & Associates Real Estate. Andy acquired the company in 2009. Under his leadership, the company has grown into one of the largest real estate firms in the country. Passionate about the company’s mission—“Real Estate is our What, but people are our Why”—Andy is committed to positively impacting employees, REALTORS®, clients, and communities. Outside of work, Andy enjoys coaching youth sports, working out, traveling, and spending time with his family at Creighton basketball games, Husker football games, and other activities. Andy has also served in several industry leadership roles, including as a member of the Nebraska Real Estate Commission, President of the Nebraska REALTORS® Association, and as a Federal Political Coordinator for the National Association of REALTORS® with Congressman Don Bacon. His greatest fulfillment, however, comes from his faith, family, and the people who have helped make Embarc a success.
